Anyone interested in renting one of our available properties should call the office that services that location. They will be asked a few prequalifying questions and to drive by the property before scheduling a showing. After showing the inside, we will begin application processing. Applications must be complete and signed. We will also need each applicant to sign authorizing us to verify Landlord reference, employment and bank confirmation.
