Dear Gordon,

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation for Donal Martin who has been the Goetz Manderley property manager for our association since 2001.  During the time Donald has been our property manager our association has experienced some very crucial and expensive renovations and repairs.  Our million dollar seawall had two hundred thousand dollars worth of repairs.  The entire development was resided in 2005/2006, a 1.2 million dollar project.  Also in 2006 all of our fences were replaced, another 150 thousand dollar project.  Donald's responsibilities included not only these major projects but all the normal repairs, maintenance and owner interactions associated with large condominium complexes.

Throughout all of these projects, Donald has been the glue that holds us all together.  His knowledge of HOA regulations, meticulous note taking and attention to detail has proven invaluable.  His diplomatic interactions with our association's owners has calmed many potential conflicts and has prevented potential lawsuits or mediation.  The fact that the projects mentioned above have been successfully completed, on schedule and on budget, are to a large extent due to his efforts.

We are very pleased that Donald is our property manager and thank you both for Donald and this opportunity to express our gratitude.
